Mase is a Brooklyn-based rapper who began his career by appearing as a guest artist on hits like the Notorious B.I.G.'s "Mo Money Mo Problems," Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s "Young Casanova" and Puff Daddy's "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down." In the fall of 1997, Mase released his debut album Harlem World, which featured guest spots by Puff Daddy, 8-Ball & MJG, Total, Monifah and the Lox. The Movement, credited to Mase Presents Harlem World, followed in 1997. |
